Bishop LeGatt's Christmas 2024 Message

In his Christmas message this year, Archbishop Albert reflects on the meanings of Christmas for our world today. Indeed, our world may seem subsumed by darkness, yet, Christ’s light shines above all, in our lives and in our world. From all of us at the Archdiocese of Saint-Boniface, we wish you and all your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year in 2025. May Christ dwell in your hearts.

Advent 2024: Pilgrims of Hope

For this holy season of Advent, Archbishop Albert reflects in a special way on the virtue of hope. Indeed, 2025 marks a holy jubilee, which Pope Francis will launch on December 24th. And this year’s holy jubilee theme is Pilgrims of Hope. As such, especially as we embark on this Advent journey, let us truly embrace our vocation as pilgrims of hope. Hope that comes from embracing Christ, his love, and glorifying God for that immeasurable gift. Have a blessed Advent season.
